At CNCPTS, we strive for complete customer satisfaction; if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all products remain in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include all original documentation, tags, and accessories.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
